The other day when we left Creetown we detoured through Newton Stewart and found this quirky little coffee shop called Brew Ha Ha.

The sign on the window said their Secret Garden was open … well, that was enough for me to decide this was going to be our coffee stop.

We had our coffee in the secret garden – no photos – it’s a secret 🤫 and then crossed the road to a rushing river tumbling over a weir.

Our next stop was to see the standing stones at Cairn Holy Chambered Cairn, but I’ve told you about this already.
