Our newest adventure begins today and the first 5 hours have taken us from Brisbane to Sydney with all the obligatory passport checks, boarding passes and seat allocation. We now have a couple hours to kill before our China Airlines flight takes us to Taiwan en route to London. The first leg is 9.5 hrs then Taipei to London another 15 hours. I’m exhausted thinking about it 🙃

Grimple , the travelling gnome, made sure he wasn’t left behind and with his mate Grundle sat on the suitcases until they were unceremoniously shoved in our cabin bags.

Charging up our phones now and waiting, waiting, waiting…
