The Clarence Valley Woodworkers have put on a magnificent display as part of the Grafton Jacaranda Festival so yesterday we went along to check it out.

We were amazed at the intricacy and variety of many of the items on display. Here is an overview of just some of them …

Each table represented a particular members work over the last 12 months and much of it was available for purchase. The disadvantage of living in our motorhome means we can’t accommodate some of these gorgeous collectible pieces. It’s also an advantage as it means we are saving our money 💸 towards the cruise we have booked for late next year! 🛳️
The Woodworkers shared their display with the Quilters and Patchworkers who also exhibited some beautiful handcrafted pieces.

And my favourites …

We have avoided the Festival crowds where possible and this day was no exception. We thoroughly enjoyed both these displays held out of the mainstream at the South Grafton Services Club – and we enjoyed a delicious lunch there too!
