The coast of Western Australia can be wild and windy at times. By the look of these trees the wind blows from the southwest more often than not 🍃

I remember the last time I was travelling in WA I would have to move camp because the wind was so strong it rocked my little van around too much. 🚐

The other day we pulled into Coronation Beach, a famous windsurfing venue, expecting to be blown off our feet but it was beautiful – calm and sunny!

The windsurfers might have been disappointed but we were happy! A perfect place for our overnighter on the way to Geraldton.
