The Cunnamulla Fella sits on his swag in the middle of town, a chiselled tribute to the song by Slim Dusty.

Usually songs are made about heroes but Slim Dusty created this hero and Cunnamulla are making the most of it as it brings people to town for a photo opportunity with the Fella.

At the end of August each year the town hosts The Cunnamulla Fella Festival so plan ahead to enjoy this outback experience.
