It is a long time since I have woken to a fog-shrouded camp but Calliope delivered one this morning.
When I first woke even those closest trees weren’t visible – it truly was a thick white blanket!
What a change from last night’s pink tinged twilight.
Damp drips from the overhanging trees are splashing on my roof and trickling down my windows but once this fog burns off it is going to be a glorious day.
I’m nearly home!
