Columbia

Columbia might be pretty but she’s not a very nice cat. She’ll climb on my knee and ask me to stroke her then will bite or scratch without warning ⚠️ I’m very wary of her 😬

Millie is a smoocher but won’t let me pick her up for a cuddle. Instead she winds herself around my legs and loves being stroked. She also cleans up the other cats dishes if they don’t eat quickly enough. She doesn’t get fat though as she runs up and down the hallway all night skidding on the mats for fun 😴

Daisy May

Daisy Mae was a tiny little 5 week old kitten when I looked after her last year. As little as she was she showed no fear even then and today she rules the roost. Millie is her play friend and she wisely stays clear of Columbia.

Here’s how the three of them looked last year when I was here.

If you have a close look at the bottom photo you can clearly see Daisy May’s different coloured eyes.

It’s nice to come back to a familiar place. Tomorrow I’ll introduce you to the dogs that live here too.
