They are flighty little things, the butterflies in the garden here. They must get so tired just flying around with hardly a rest in between. I got my exercise following them from one end of the yard to the other waiting for their furious fluttering to stop long enough for me take an unblurred photo. Here’s what I managed to capture of these beauties.

Well, three hours later I have joined a Butterfly sighting group, contributed to their database and hopefully correctly identified the two butterflies above 😊.

Google is not only my best friend but also my biggest time waster. I became so involved in what I was doing I forgot I was researching butterflies to share the information with you in this blog!
