I’m not writing this from ‘the other side’ and I don’t have supernatural powers –

I crossed over the border from South Australia to Victoria the other day! Another travel milestone in my trip around Australia this year.

Our first stop over the border was the almost non-existent town of Nelson. We did drive down to the mouth of the Glenelg River though

We stopped for lunch in Portland next to the old customs house

And found the local lighthouse

We were on our way to visit my cousin, Heather, so today we were focussed more on the destination than the journey…
