Saturday 10th December 2022. We couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day to start our trip along the Great Ocean Road.
The sun was shining, the sky was blue, the wind was a gentle breeze and the sea looked magnificent. And there were plenty of people who thought it was perfect for a swim 🏊♀️ (but not me!)

Before we checked into the campground at the Port Campbell Recreation Reserve we took a 12 km trip west to Peterborough to experience the sights along this section of the Great Ocean Road. More about that next time though 🚐😊
Our camp was SO economical as most camping along the GOR is SOOO expensive. ( try $50 – $100 a night) 😱
