Utes in the Paddock

There’s nothing more Australian than a ute 🛻 and to discover them all painted up in a paddock is quintessentially – and quirkily – Aussie!

No story today – just pics of these painted icons to marvel at.

Clancy Stopping the Overflow

If you’re like me and wracking your brain trying to remember all the words of Banjo Paterson’s famous poem, Clancy of the Overflow, you’ll find them here!

Ute of Arms

What an amazing display! I first saw these Utes in a paddock at Ootha, not far from Condobolin. Not long after they were relocated into town and refurbished as many of them at the time had faded considerably. They are a great attraction and Condobolin is to be congratulated for featuring such an iconic installation.

PS: Here’s my blog about these Utes that I wrote in 2017. Utes at Ootha
