With a view like this I was so glad we stopped at Mick’s Place at East Palmerston for a couple of nights!

Mick is a fellow member of the club I belong to and offers his beautiful property as a member stop over to fellow travellers. When we arrived the clouds were covering the hills and rolling across the valley towards us.

The next day was clear and warm and we really got to appreciate what a beautiful setting this is.

Dave and I booked in for 2 nights and stayed for 3 before the lack of phone and internet coverage got to us and we had to move on.
